Why do I have to sign on Webroot each time I go on line to have it remember a password?

If you mean as to why you have to sign into the Password Manager first every time to start your computer then all I can say is that I believe that this is by design to make the accessing of your passwords even more secure. You only have to do it once after each boot and therefore for the session you can then use the Password Manager to automatically sign you in to any site for which you have stored credentials.
 
If you are looking for a way to effectively automatically sign into the Password Manager when you boot up...I believe that there is a way that is hidden way. I can see if I can find it for you ...just let me know.
 
EDIT: The 'hidden' approach would appear to be applicable to Chrome, but not IE...not been able to check on the position re. Firefox.  Please see here for details.

I guess the security of it makes sense. Just not used to doing it, however, everything about Webroot seems to out weigh Kaspersky. Thanks,

JT, I beg to differ with you. There is an area in which Kaspersky vastly outweighs Webroot.The weight. WSA is far smaller, takes far fewer system resources, runs faster, doesn't slow down your computer like Kaspersky can. 🙂
