You might have your AV set to update at that time or Windows update at that time and can you look here to see if you are in the right time zone, Can you give anymore information? Is there a scan going on? Or does it just turn on?

When you say the computer starts.... that leaves me a quick question for you that might help us find an answer:
When you shut down the computer, do you turn it off ALL the way, or merely allow it to enter Sleep or Hibernate mode? If the computer is merely in sleep or hibernate, check your Windows Task Scheduler and see if there is anything there scheduled for that time every day. Also, check your WSA settings to see if you have any WSA tasks like scan or backup enabled for that time.
