Why does my pc not register in the console?
I followed the instructions and my Windows 8.1 does not show up on my webroot console after I log in. I was able to successfully add my other two desktops, one WIndows 7 and Windows 8.1.

Can you do a couple of scans and wait about an hour to see if shows up on the Online Console if not then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you!
