Why does PC Security still show 0 PCs Protected? I've registered Webroot.
I've installed the Webroot software and it installed successfully and is working well. I setup a Webroot account and expected to see 1 PCs Protected under PC Security. Instead, why do I still see 0 PCs Protected?

There can be a few different things that caused this. First, it sometimes takes up to 20 minutes for changes to show on the Online Console.
Also, your PC will NOT show until you have completed the first FULL scan since the time you created the Console. So... try that too. Start a normal full scan, let it go all the way to the end, and then check the Console in 15 or 20 minutes. It MIGHT show up right away, but often it does not.
