Why does Webroot keep displaying a notice saying my Safari extension is not installed when it is?

On my iMac, Yosemite, using Safari.  I"ve enabled Safari Extensions and have installed the Webroot extension.  When I first bring up Webroot it says the extension is not installed;  yet the Webroot main page says that the Webthreat Shield is on. ???

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    There is a couple things you could try.
     
     
    • If you are getting an error about an extension in Safari not installing correctly, please restart your computer. This should resolve the issue.
    • This extension issue could also be resolved with a fresh uninstall and reinstall of the Webroot
    • I have included the Mac download in a link below for convenience. :) EDIT : Please have your keycode available too.   SecureAnywhere Mac Installer
    I would also like to mention you can always Contact Support and they will gladly look into this for you free of charge with an active subscription.
