Just did a clean install of windows10 on a two year old laptop. All worked find. Installed some software and webroot secureanywhere. Noticed that my context menu is going when i right click on the windows icon (
the traditional Start button). nothing happens on right click. Same with the "Power" submenu. The right click appears to work in other areas and other programs. I found mention of this kind of problem with older builds (pre releases) of windows 10, but no solutions for up to date releases (as of today, 11/29/2015). Any ideas or solutions? Is it a result of Webroot being installed?.

? please press Windows + R combo and then type winver and press OK
It'll show you the exact build & version of the windows you are running
It intrigues me because when i do it on the most recent build ( the November 12th upgrade ) it works fine for me.
So you don't get to see any menu when you right click on that windows flag start button?
You know where to find me if you want a bit more indept details

Hi dazedandconfused
Welcome to the Community Forums.
It will most likely not be an issue caused by WSA being installed...I can advise that I have both the items that you are missing. May I suggest that just to be sure you disable WSA or even uninstall it and see if the functionality appears. If you do uninstall do not worrry as the reinstall process is simple.

Hi dazedandconfused
From a quick bit of research it would appear to be likely that you have a corrupted or missing folder. I have instructions as to what you can try to resolve the issue but it is not appropriate to post them in open forum so I will PM you the information shortly so you can give it a try if you feel technically proficient enough.
