after upgrading from windows 7 to 10 webroot said to delete 1181mb temporary files in windows/ie also graphics ram is low , some hardware devices are not working properly may needto reinstall

Have you by any chance been running the System Analyzer? If so then whilst the suggestion about the temporary files I would heed, you can quietly ignore the graphics RAM warning. The System Analyzer is just a base line tool and give a basic indication on these topics...if yo really want to chekc things out you would be better advised to use a specialist tool.
If yo system is running as you would expect it to then you are OK...worry not what the System Analyzer is saying.
