Windows XP acpi.sys

Hi.  Webroot is saying that axpi.sys in c:WindowsSystem32Drivers is infected and can not repair the file.   Other virus scans show no issue.   I can not seem to 'exempt' the file from the can.   Looking for suggestions.  Thanks!
