I work from home & log into my job server to do my work. Today after my shift I noticed a red exclamation point covering my Webroot SecureAnywhere for PC icon, I opened it to see what is going on & it claims that my work server has a Trojan on it. I called my tech support for my job & they told me not to use Webroot since it sometimes give false positives & they want me to uninstall this and get some free version of another anti-virus software.
I like the webroot & want to keep it but I need to be able to work on my PC. I don't have a url to give to support since this is a program I have to download on my PC in order to connect to my job's server.
Any suggestions on who to contact to get this issue resolved?
I have windows 7 on my Levono PC.
thanks,
Martha
