I have this adware on my computer and webroot wont dectect it or remove it, I  cant remove it from chrome or ie it wont let me. please help me figure out how to get rid of this

    If you reset Chrome from in the settings menu it will remove all extensions.

    so resetting chrome did absolutely nothing, and i followed the steps on the other link and it still is there... :robotsad:
