Recently upgraded webroot reporting tool, now reports fail

I recently upgraded the webroot reporting tool and tried to re-run reports which had run fine in the past.  The reports fail (the templates are unmodified from previous templates).

Hi ​@Lee D ,

It seems that the issue you are experiencing is not widespread. The last update was mainly cosmetic yet the error shared in the thread points to a domain handling issue.

Just to check after your update - was UR run on the same machine or a different machine and what was the version of the OS on it?

Would you mind either opening a support ticket or email me directly at aqila@opentext.com with the WebrootReporting.log file and details of the OS that Universal Reporter is being run on along with the UR version number for now.

Of further note: the spreadsheet exists, but when you try to open it you get an error that it’s corrupted or incomplete.  The error is: with a pivot table entry: 

 

Replaced Part: /xl/worksheets/sheet7.xml part with XML error.  Unexpected end of input. Line 1, column 6291278.
