We're pleased to announce the introduction of several new features, including Device Isolation and Process Tree’s to the Management Console, making these available to all customers.

At launch Windows servers won’t support these features until a further patch is made available, more details to follow. Mac Isolation won’t be available until 25th September.

 Process Log

The process log contains a list of suspicious processes that can be searched and filtered. Clicking on a process will take you to a process tree view.

 Process Tree

The process tree shows a parent process and any child processes that are spawned as a result. Admins can view more information about a process, create an override, or isolate a device.

 Device Isolation

We have added two new agent commends that allows the isolation of a device from both internal and external network traffic. Isolate Device and Unisolate Device. These can be sent using the agent commands menu, or directly from a process tree.

Also included are several behind-the-scenes improvements and bug fixes.

 React Upgrade

Work to support CRSB amongst other things.

 Security Updates

Several items to support PSMQ.

Unity API 24.3

This feature release contains new Unity API calls for device isolation, rejoin and status in readiness for the Process Tree features being released by the GSM team shortly as part of the journey toward EDR capability.

New Features & Enhancements

With the release of Version 1.0.24222.1, we are bringing the following new features and enhancements:

·         Ecom License Sync Enhancement

  • Additional property is now available containing license status description.

·         Unity API Agent Commands:

  • Device Isolation and rejoin (in a network) commands
  • Device Status ( Isolated/Unisolated and Pending)

The Unity API now offers tailored calls for EDR-like capability extending the flexibility of the offering.

New POST commands are available under the Console.GSM scope to isolate an identified device and then unisolate the device after investigation and remediation via the sysisolate command.

These commands can be issued to a specified list or all endpoints on the site

Corresponding Isolationstatus GET calls have also been introduced to check the exact status of the device/endpoint under investigation. Four status flags are introduced to reflect the state of the device. These are Isolated, Unisolated, Pending_Isolation, Pending_Unisolation.

These are made available under the Console.GSM scope.

We are excited to announce our 24.3.1 Release of Cloud-to-Cloud Backup which includes:

  • Recovery at your users' fingertips! Introducing Self-Service Recovery for Microsoft Exchange: Empower your users to recover their deleted emails and other Exchange data, entirely by themselves. With this feature, users can retrieve their deleted emails independently, streamlining business continuity and cutting down on data recovery times. Watch the video to learn more.
  • Streamline Backup Monitoring with Consolidated Backup Summary Reports: Save valuable time with our Consolidated Backup Summary Reports. Rather than juggling separate files for each customer, partners can now receive daily reports in one easy-to-manage file.
  • Simplify Data Management with Larger Export Chunks for OneDrive & SharePoint: Eliminate the task of merging individual 1 GB backups with our enhanced export feature for OneDrive and SharePoint. Admins can now download data in larger 20 GB chunks significantly reducing the hassle and potential for errors associated with smaller snapshots.
