We are excited to announce the General Availability release of our Kaseya VSA X — OpenText Webroot Integration — seamlessly enabled through iHub (Integration Hub), OpenText’s centralised Integration Hub API Layer!

What is being released?

We are officially launching Webroot Endpoint Protection integration with Kaseya VSA X via iHub. This release empowers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deploy, manage, and monitor OpenText’s Webroot cybersecurity solutions directly from the Kaseya VSA X platform, eliminating silos and manual workflows.

What is iHub?

iHub (Integration Hub) is OpenText’s centralized API layer designed to simplify and standardize the way our cybersecurity products integrate with third-party platforms like RMMs, PSAs, and marketplaces.

It reduces development effort, ensures scalability, and accelerates future integrations across partners.

Main Features:

  • Webroot Deployment via GSM Key Code

Easily deploy Webroot agents through Kaseya policies, linked with GSM licensing for automated protection.

  • Custom Field Synchronization

Enrich endpoint records in Kaseya with real-time Webroot data:

Agent Status, Threat Count, Last Seen, Expiry Date, Attention Required & Policy Applied.

  • Bidirectional Data Mapping

Consistent, reliable data sync between Webroot and Kaseya VSA X for device status and health insights.

  • Threat Notifications

Push near real-time threat alerts from Webroot into the Kaseya dashboard, keeping MSPs informed and action ready.

  • Health Checks and Device Discovery
  • Continuous validation of endpoint health and visibility into all protected devices.

Sales Position & Related Features:

Big release alert! Our Columbia release includes several key new features and upgraded functionality requested by our valued customers. In this release we iterate the Training Remediation feature, introduce false positive suppression, and improve Secure Cloud integration, and complete support for all GSM Admin roles.

What is being released?

  • Training Remediation campaign – v2 now extends remediation management features for multi-site campaign to all GSM Admin roles. And the new Global Remediation campaign feature allows Super Admins to easily create Remediation Campaigns which will be available to all current and future sites on the console.
  • False positive suppression – a new event tracking system automatically matches events to known security scanning sources, suppressing false positives from all reporting and remediation functionality. We still include these false positive events in the export files, but in-app reports and remediation will automatically suppress them.
  • Improved Secure Cloud integration – now resold customers with delegated admin permissions in Secure Cloud can access the WSAT GSM console, unlocking key features including Training Remediation Campaigns, Autopilot and multi-language support. Before this update, resold customers were locked into the legacy SAT subconsole.
  • Full feature support for all GSM Admin roles – with the addition of Site Only Admin, we complete a key step toward our goal of sunsetting the legacy SAT console.
