Uninstall Event to GSM Console
- The WSA Agent now sends a notification to the GSM console when it’s uninstalled from a Mac.
- All uninstall methods (command line, agent commands, and UI) are supported, except for drag-to-trash, which will be addressed later.

Restore from Quarantine now supports files detected by regex-based rules and those located within archive files.
- Install Event Notification for WSA mac
Introduced Sky Install event trigger upon WSA installation to improve telemetry and installation tracking.
- WSA -Installer System Extension Screen text with steps for on macOS 14/15.
Revised screen text to provide clear, OS-specific steps for enabling system extensions during WSA installation.

What is being released?
WRYES module 1.3.0.4 for OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection.
The WRYES module provides real time protection against zero-day threats and is an important part of our Windows endpoint efficacy system.
This version provides:
- Fix for system performance issues when system is offline at user logon.
- Policy control is added to disable the module for troubleshooting and, when necessary, to workaround issues.

What is being released?
We’re excited to introduce Microsoft Coterminosity – a highly anticipated feature developed in direct response to partner feedback since the launch of NCE. Coterminosity brings greater flexibility and simplicity to subscription management by allowing partners and customers to align the renewal date of a new O365 subscription with either an existing subscription’s end date or the end of the month.
This enhancement not only streamlines billing and renewals but also marks a major step forward in closing the feature gap with competitors – empowering our partners with the tools they need to better serve their customers.

- Partners now have enhanced flexibility with the ability to coterm new subscriptions using either the standard Partner Portal order process or the Scheduled Actions order process.

What is being released?
We are pleased to announce the release of OpenText Unity - Thrust API CE 25.3.2
This is a minor release, being a fast follow to the Secure Cloud API feature release earlier in July.

Kaseya SaaS Security Patch
What is being released?
We are pleased to announce the release of the Kaseya SaaS Security Patch – September 2025.
What’s new – This release focuses on strengthening the security of the Kaseya SaaS integration. As part of our continuous security improvement program, the team has evaluated all critical and high-severity vulnerabilities flagged by Fortify (static analysis), WebInspect (dynamic analysis), and Black Duck (open-source scan). Identified issues have been triaged, and prioritized fixes have been included in this patch to ensure a more secure and compliant product.

What is being released?
We are very pleased to announce the release of the Webroot Total Protection – Mac Version 1.3.0.
What’s new – This has been released as part of CDLP program and supports Webroot Total Protection and Webroot Total Protection Family plans. We’re excited to announce the following enhancements in the latest release of Webroot Total Protection.
New Features
- Automatic VPN Installation: Users no longer need to install the VPN application separately. As part of the WTP installation or upgrade process, the VPN app will now be installed automatically. It can be accessed directly from within the main WTP interface, making it easier to discover and use. This enhancement is expected to drive higher VPN adoption and strengthen overall product engagement.
- Keycode Swap from MyAccount: Users who purchase a new Total Protection or Family keycode can now seamlessly swap their existing keycode directly from the MyAccount section of the WTP app, no need to uninstall or reinstall. This streamlined experience simplifies license management and improves user satisfaction.
- Automatic App Deactivation: When a device is removed or deactivated via the consumer portal, the WTP app will now be automatically uninstalled from that device within 18 hours. This ensures better license hygiene and helps users manage their device footprint more effectively.
