What is being released?

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the rollout of WSA Mac Business and Consumer Agents Version 9.7.2.182 on Aug 14, 2025.

New Features and Enhancements

WSA Mac Business Agents Version 9.7.2.182 includes the following updates:

  • Improvement in installation experience for EDR/MDR
  • Security and performance improvements

 

 

Opentext Cybersecurity Management Console CE 25.3

What is being released?

We are pleased to announce the release of the updated Dashboard and Reports experience for the Cybersecurity Management Console.

This release delivers significant enhancements to visibility, reporting, and control across Endpoint, DNS Protection, and Security Awareness Training (SAT) products.

This also lays the foundation for us to integrate Server Backup & EDR/MDR reporting directly into the Console.

New Features and Enhancements

Dashboard:

  • New Dashboard Experience – Introduces performance tiles for Endpoint, DNS Protection, and Security Awareness products, giving at-a-glance visibility into product health and activity.
  • Subscription Tiles – Displays the number of sites each product is enabled on, along with key status information.
  • Threat Blog Tile – Provides up-to-date cybersecurity news and direct links to our community resources.

Reports:

  • Updated Threat Reports – Threats DetectedScripts Detected, and Web Threat Shield Blocked URLs reports now include advanced filtering and search capabilities.
  • New DNS Reports – Deliver high-level summaries of DNS performance for faster insight.
  • Website Reclassification – Allows direct reclassification of sites (via BrightCloud) from within DNS Active Hosts.
  • Enhanced Security Awareness Training (SAT) Reports – Improved visual indicators for tracking training progress and phishing campaigns.

 

OpenText Detection & Response Portal CE 25.3.2

What is being released?   

I am pleased to announce the release of OpenText Detection & Response Portal CE 25.3.2 for OpenText Core EDR and OpenText Core MDR.

This release contains updates to the Detection and Response Portal and improvements to Integrations.

New Features and Enhancements

Portal:

  • Added new workflow action to notify primary partner user.
  • Added ability to mute/silence alerts with conditions, to prevent syncing of certain alerts to integrations.
  • Fixed handling of escape characters in workflow name.
  • Fixed issue where headers were not persisting in alert tables.
  • Vulnerability reporting accuracy improvements.

Integrations:

  • Improvements to integration error detection.
  • Integrations now generate an alert for each affected customer if they enter an error state.

 

 

Secure Cloud APIs (License Automation)

 

What is being released?   

We are excited to announce the latest enhancement to the Secure Cloud API layer, expanding its capabilities to support User Service Updates and License Quantity Updates for license-based subscriptions. These new endpoints empower Secure Cloud MSPs and integrators to fully automate the user onboarding and subscription management workflows - saving time, reducing errors, and improving partner experience.

What new APIs are available?

User Management APIs – Expanded Capabilities

  • Add a service to an existing Secure Cloud user
    • Requires valid config details and license availability
  • Remove a service from an existing user
    • Deleted service data is purged
  • Update service-level settings for a user

Subscription Management APIs

  • Update license quantity on O365 subscription
    • Increase or decrease license quantity for O365 subscriptions
  • List customer subscriptions
    • Retrieve all subscriptions for a customer
  • List subscription details
    • Retrieve details on a specific subscription
