Hello AlexGuzman,
Welcme to the Webroot Community,
Apps downloaded from Google Play can be uninstalled from your device.
Tip: Apps that come pre-installed on your device can't always be uninstalled.
If you do you can open Webroot on your device and Open/Identity & Privacy/App Inspector/Review Apps/Webroot will scan and you can review which app can be a potential isse and then you can uninstall or FORCE STOP and uncheck Show notifications.
Here is the Mobile Webroot User Guide http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/1299/Using-the-App-Inspector
If you are having problems with this app Zullily then you can always submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription and they can check this out for you to determine if this is a threat or not.
Hope this helps?
