My computer is constant working on the back ground, slow, and when I open an window it work harder making a louder noise. Pls help. Any suggestions.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The first thing to do is to run the Task Manager (righ click on the notification bar at the bottom of your scren and select Task Manager from the context menu displayed). When you have it open make sure that itis in detailed mode (if yo are running Win8 or above).
The click on the 'Processes' tab and then in turn click on the column header entitled CPU and Memory, in turn, and in easch case make a note of the top 5 files/apps listed together with their CPU % and Memory size, and then post the information back so that we can see if anything seems untowards by what you report.
