Scan Problem

Hello,

My webroot app does not want to scan any files. When I first hit scan, it says “Scan Failed”. I continue to hit the Scan button and it begins scanning, but no files are being scanned. It just shows the time elapsing.

I am also on a macbook pro.

Should I reinstall the software? What can I do?

Yes, try a reinstall of the software. If that doesn’t solve the problem then contact Webroot Support.
