WSA Warning for all Email Redirects

Hello...
I am using the email system from Cox Communications. Starting suddenly a few days ago, EVERY link I launch from within an email message produces this orange and black WSA warning message, “This website has been reported as unsafe.” The problem appears in all my Cox email accounts. However, when I access the SAME target website directly from a browser, the warning message does not appear.

  1. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
  2. Is there a problem with the Cox redirection software?
  3. How can I stop these messages, without needing to unblock on every instance?

    Given whatnyou say I suspect that there is something in the links that you are getting from Cox communicagions ghat WSA is objectiong to/seeing perhaps as unsafe. I think that your best bet per page is to go through the block, of you are sure the page is safe, by clicking on the 'Unblock & procced' button in the bottom lefthand corner of the ESA blocking page...ghis will whitelistthe site locally and als transmit detIls of the override to Webroot/BrightCloud notifying them of the override andif enough users in the same position do this then the message should get through. But only do thid if you believe the site is safe or you must access it.
     
    You can also log a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of the issue; please give them details of the site cocnerned, etc.
     
    Or thirdly you can visit the BrightCloud site and log a URL Reputation Change request which also notifies the relevant pésons as to the issue, etc.

    Additional information: This problem occurred ONLY IN THE CHROME BROWSER. When I launched the same link from Cox email in IE8, the WSA warning message did not appear. Chrome had two enabled extensions. After I disabled the other extension, the WSA warning message still appeared.
     
    I'm thinking that something is going on with WSA filtering in Chrome. The links in both browsers are accessing the same website.
