I believe you are talking about that you bought a Upgrade Webroot Keycode from a reputable dealer and you want to renew with that keycode with the remaining days left on the present keycode. Usually Support will sometimes do it for you and sometimes not. I'll ping our Forum Administrator@LLiddell and she can help you with the Upgrade renewal.
