Hello PR and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!
It would be best to Submit a Support Ticket to find out what's causing your slow downs! Most slow downs are caused because of Unknown files on the PC's and are being Monitored so when you contact support they could whitelist your files for you then you will get your speed back but make sure you do from the affected PC's or Mac's.

Hi Daniel,
I get to the point where I uncheck the box that reads "Allow SecureAnywhere to be shut down manually" and Save.
But when I right click the Tray Icon, I only get these options
There's no option to "Shut Down Protection"
Please Help!
