Hi Everyone

I run Secure Anywhere Complete on my HTC One XL android phone.  Several times in the last week, the phone has locked (red screen) during a phone call.  This cuts off the call.

Lost Device Protection is ON, but the phone has been in use by me each time it has locked.

I have not changed any settings.

I didn't remember my pw at the time, but unlocked it for a while by turning the phone off.

I'm concerned that the lock signals are coming from elsewhere.

Thanks

Hello @,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

I would first go to my online account console and change your password..Give that 10-15 minutes to work.

I don't believe you have to worry about signals coming elsewhere.

If you have indeed forgot your password then follow these instructions below,

If you do not know your current credentials, follow the instructions below to reset them.
