I want too install Webroot Security Product on two Samsung Galaxy Tab A s...with Android Version 5.0.2 and running Knox 2.4 Security Product.

Q: Can I Install Webroot without uninstalling Knox ? And will they be compatable ?

Q: If I need too uninstall Knox...where can I Find this information ?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

Yes Webroot is compatible with Knox 2.4 .Others have claimed they run Webroot and Knox 2.4 together.

 

If you want to uninstall Knox 2.4 then try this below if you want to uninstall Knox. I am not sure this will work for your Samsung 5.0.2. This can be Googled. 

 


  • Find the Knox app, launch it and tap on Settings.
  • Choose Knox Settings.
  • Select Uninstall Knox.
  • When uninstalling Knox, you will be asked if you want to back up your Knox data. If you say yes, it will be saved in your device’s Knox folder during the uninstall process. To back up this data, select Backup Now, and then OK.
Hope this helps? But IMO you will only need Webroot. I have a Security program on my Samsung Note 4 but I only use Webroot.;)
