I used on my phone and it was doing fine. Then all of sudden when I turn it on the security anywhere button is off. Everytime I turn on my phone. I've never had it before. You think when put on it would stay on even when shut down my phone. Need help please!!

Sorry it took so long to get to you.You must of got lost in the mist of things.;)
Webroot should always remain on even after restarting your phone.
Would you try to uninstall/reinstall Webroot on your device? Make note of your keycode.
To uninstall SecureAnywhere Mobile from your Android device, do the following:
To install Webroot download it from the Google Play Store.
You'll find detailed instructions here if you need them.
And last but not least you can always Submit a Support Ticket and they can assist you with this issue. Free of charge. They will have you up and running in no time.

- From the main SecureAnywhere Mobile panel, press your mobile device's Menu button.
- In the Menu panel, tap Uninstall.
- If prompted, enter your Webroot password and tap OK to continue.
