It sounds like you are using an online email service and it gets blocked in the Browser? If so does it look like the picture below? If so just click on Unblock page and Continue. Also if you can please post the link to the email service like Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com and so forth and you can request a change here if you know it's safe: http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php
