how do i talk to a representative? I don't want to put all my account information on a public forum.

No worries, we do not want personal or account information on the forum.  In fact, we delete it when it happens.

 

If you are having problems trying to get a new computer added to the key code, you can check in your Console how many devices are currently active and also remove any that are no longer in use, thus releasing the license seat.

 

Log into the Console

Click PC Security

Note how many computers are listed.  If there is a PC listed that you no longer want protected, click on it.

Click Commands

Click Deactivate

 

That will release the license seat.
