Do I need to leave my computer on constantly for Webroot to scan?

Hi gmhoisington
Welcome to the Community Forums.
No, you do not need to do so as once you have set the default time for the scan you can also set an option that will cause a scan to take place on boot up if your computer is off at the time that the scan was scheduled to run.
To check that setting please click on 'Advanced Settings' option in the top right hand corner of the main app panel and then click on the 'Scheduler' tab displayed on the left of the next panel opened. You will see the option as the first of a number under the place where you set the time for the scan.
If unchecked, and you want the scan to take place at boot up if missed then check the option and then click on 'Save'...and enter the CAPTCHA characters requested...and that should do it.
Alternatively just change the scheduled time for the scan to a time when you are pretty much guaranteed to be logged on...and then you can dispense with the above. The choice is yours.
Hope that helps?
