How do I add a program to an exception list?
Page 1 / 1
Hey there Blanergriffith and welcome to the Webroot Community!
First things first, please make sure whatever program you are adding to your exeptions list is safe. This can be done by entering the .exe file of the program into brightcloud
If everything is ok, then follow these steps:
- Open WSA, and click the 'gear tool' next to PC Security.
- Click the Block/Allow files tab.
- Is your program's .exe listed here? If so, and it is marked Block, change that to Allow.
- If the program's .exe is not listed, click the Add File button, navigate to the hard drive location where it is installed, select it and set it for allow.
Hope this helps, if not get back to us and i'll see if I can do anything else for you.
All the best Brad
