Hello there texag89, welcome to the Webroot Community!
The first couple of places to check are pretty easy, so we will start there.
Go into your browser settings and see what your home page is listed as. You may have had an unwanted event change it. If so, change it back to what site you prefer and save the changes. (Note: After chaning this, if it goes back to the unwanted page, we have a bit more work to do.. Just let me know!)
Second, also in the browser settings, go to the Add-Ons or Extensions. Take a good look at these for anything you do not recognize. The problem you are having could be caused by an unwanted extension. If you are not sure about an extension being something you want or not, you can ask us what it is (we might know), or you can also simply DISABLE that extension. After disabling it, close and restart your browser and go from there. If the behavior stops, that disabled extension might be the culprit and you can then go back to delete it. If it was NOT the issue, you can at your option go back and re-enable the extension and try another one. I would do this one extension at a time so narrow down the search.
Let me know if this helps. If not, do not worry, we have a lot more information we can provide to help you out!
