It kept blocking the updates I need for the OBSlive which is an add-on to the OBS Studio. How can I allow it to completely trust this program? I mentioned this issue with the OBSlive customer service and they are not familiar with webroot. Help?

Hello voxann, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum.
You can first see if they are listed on the "Block / Allow" list on the WSA GUI;
Open WSA GUI > PC Security Cog Wheel (Upper RHS) > Block / Allow Files Tab > Set To Allow > Add File.
If you don't see it there you may need to get some files Whitelisted to fix this problem.
Please submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.
Support Ticket System is Open 24/7
Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.
HTH,
Dave.
