my scan is not starting and I get no error messages or warnings. I want to check my account payment infromation to see if I need to renew, but can't figure out where to find it.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

You can sign into your Account Console to and it will tell you your expiration date.

 

f you want to know how many days are left on your subscription, you can find it as follows:


  1. Open SecureAnywhere.
     
  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.


     
  3. Under My Subscription there are your account details, including your keycode and the days remaining. 
If you are having issues with Webroot, You can do an uninstall/reinstall because you shoulkd be able to scan.

 

Please follow the steps closely!

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
