Had to exchange my computer due to a bad screen. And although they moved the data, the webroot is not fully installed. When I put the disk in, it does not try to re-install and I can't find an uninstall.
What do I need to do?

Welcome to the Community!
Did you look inthe Control Panel/Programs/Webroot/Uninstall? These are instructions for a PC and not a Mac.
Please look here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/PC-Uninstallation-Option-Missing-from-Control-Panel-and-Start/ta-p/34688
Then can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?
Thanks,

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Just to add to what Sherry has provided...when using/running the uninstall command manually it is a good idea to make sure that you run it with admin rights/with elevated privileges. To do that either sign into Windows as the System Administrator or if yo cannot then you should call up a CMD panel in the following way; type cmd in the Start Menu search panel (Win7) or the Search window (Win8) and RIGHT click on the option present labelled 'cmd'. From the context menu displayed find and click on 'Run as adminstrator' and that should open the Command prompt panel into which you can type/paste the command, and execute it as if entered by an admin.
Hope that helps?
