Hello there, welcome to the Community.
This is indeed an ANTIVIRUS program, and I am sorry that you must be having problem with it. We might be able to help you resolve the problems you are having with your removing it, but we can also help you remove it if that is your desire as well.
I would ask, however, that we keep to civilized language... it looks like the filter caught just a few words there ;)
So, to remove it, when the normal unisntaller is not working for some reason, there are a couple of options.
1) Try to remove it in Safe Mode

1) Try to remove it in Safe Mode
- Reboot the computer to Safe Mode
- Go to Control Panel
- Click Programs
- Locate WSA and remove it
- Reboot the computer IF this has worked to remove WSA
- Click Start
- TYPE (do not copy and paste) "C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall and click enter. We have heard reports that sometimes copy and paste does not work if you are copying from certain fonts or Unicode, so it is best to type this out manually.
- Reboot the computer
