Was WSA installed by yourself or was it installed as part of a Enterprise/Corporate rollout? I dont know what OS you are running but you can try the following. If your not comfortable doing this please contact support and we can do it for you.

 

For Windows XP:

Click Start, then click Run.

In the Open box, type: "C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" -uninstall

Now press the ENTER key.



For Windows Vista or 7:

Click Start, or the Windows start icon.

In the Start Search box, type: "C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" -uninstall

Now press the ENTER key.

 

For Windows 8:

Move your cursor to the bottom right of the screen to open the Charm Bar menu. Click Search.

In the Search box, type: "C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" -uninstall

Now press the ENTER key.
