My old subsrciption ran out in June...I paid online for a new one and got a keycode. It seems to have activated but when I open webroot, it says my subsrciption is expired...

Hi ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Please try this;
Open the WSA interface on your PC (click Webroot icon in system tray, near clock).
Then click the gear next to My Account.
Then please try entering your NEW keycode in the box on the right and click Activate. This should straighten things out.
Hope this info helps, please let us know how it goes. :)

Hi ?,
Sorry, that usually solves the issue.
Would you please try an uninstall/clean install? It just takes a few minutes to do.
Please follow the steps closely!
Thanks,
BD

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (or if you have Best Buy Subscription click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
BD
Hi rbye
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may add to what BD has posted...I suspect that the issue resides in the fact that WSA still sees your previous keycode as unrenewed. As such, should the reinstall not work then I would Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know and hopeful,y then can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
