How to remove "zoomify"?

ZoomifyApp is an adware program that is commonly bundled with other free programs that you download off of the Internet.
Unfortunately, some free downloads do not adequately disclose that other software will also be installed and you may find that you have installed ZoomifyApp without your knowledge. ZoomifyApp is typically added when you install another free software that had bundled into their installation this adware program. Most commonly ZoomifyApp is bundled within the installers from Cnet, Softonic or other similar custom third-party installers.
These are known as PUAs You can start here below and try to remove it. If you cannot remove this Zoomify from your computer then I'd would submit Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
To uninstall the ZoomifyApp program from Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the “Start” button, then click on the “Control Panel” menu option.
If you are using Windows 8, simply drag your mouse pointer to the right edge of the screen, select Search from the list and search for “control panel” .Or you can right-click on a bottom left hot corner (formerly known as the Start button) and select Control Panel from there.
When the “Control Panel” window opens click on the “Uninstall a program” option under “Programs” category. This option is shown by the arrow in the image below. If you are using the “Classic View” of the Control Panel, then you would double-click on the “Programs and Features” icon instead.
Click the “Reset Firefox” button in the upper-right corner of the “Troubleshooting Information” page.
To continue, click on the “Reset Firefox” button in the new confirmation window that opens.
Firefox will close itself and will revert to its default settings. When it’s done, a window will list the information that was imported. Click on the “Finish“.

- In the “Extensions” tab, remove the ZoomifyApp any other unknown extensions by clicking the trash can http://malwaretips.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Trash-Can-Chrome.png icon.
Basically, if you have not installed an extensions then you should remove it from your web browser.
