Can I ask how you renewed your subscription? If you renewed through Webroot you shouldn't have to do anything. However, if you purchased a new license and receiverd a new keycode,please do the following.

 

Open WSA PC interface (click Webroot icon in system tray , by clock). Then click the gear next to My Account. Enter keycode in box on the right and click Activate. This should take care of the problem.
