just upgrade pc to windows 10 :(
now webroot does NOT recognize that the account is active and up to date.
Now I am on hold waiting to see what the problem is. Technical support hold.
also, tried to reload the product and it does not recognize the license.
What's the problem????

When upgrading machines to Windows 10 from any previous version of Windows, a duplicate PC may, in a limited number of cases, appear in the Webroot Online Management Console.
Webroot is taking steps to remove the root cause of these duplications however we have outlined below, information that will help remove duplications, or if planning to upgrade to Windows 10, provide instructions on how to avoid them occurring within the console.

If during your upgrade path to Windows 10 you have duplicates in your Console, the following steps will clear the duplications.

If during your upgrade path to Windows 10 you have duplicates in your Console, the following steps will clear the duplications.
Please follow these steps:
- Log into the Webroot Online Management Console by clicking hereand locate the duplicated device(s). You will be able to identify the duplicates by looking at whichever one has the older date stamp.
- After selecing the older, non-Windows 10 instances, click on the Commands tab and select Deactivate and choose Confirm.
