Hello jhc9, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Edit: I may have misunderstood the issue (by what I posted below) and if so please see: https://support2.microsoft.com/kb/930168
Please look in Tools>Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer, and if you're seeing it there then highlight and click to enable.
If you are not seeing the filtering extension there then a clean install should rectify it. It's very easy to uninstall/reinstall WSA:

If you are not seeing the filtering extension there then a clean install should rectify it. It's very easy to uninstall/reinstall WSA:
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish its install scan
- Reboot once again
