Hi pggill
Welcome to the Community Forums.
To adjust Active Connections you just need toclick on the Utilities tab in the main app panel and then click on 'System Control', from there click on the 'Start' button under the 'Control Active Processes' tab. From the list displayed check to see if you have an potential links files or app and if yo uhave then check the status of these to the right of the entry. If marked as 'Block' then set to 'Allow' if you are sure that it is safe to do so.
Hopefully that helps but if not then post back.

Hi pggill
Well, if there is nothing showing up in connections you could check in the following other areas of WSA to see if some element of your printer-related software (which should be relatively easy to spot) is being blocked.
These can be found as follows:
There is one other area to check which is as follows:
The main thing to remember is do not change any setting to allow or unblock a file/app unless you are certain that it is safe to do so. If you have any doubts then either come back here to seek advice or Open a Support Ticket, so that the professionals on the Support Team can investigate/assist. Such a service is free to WSA users with a current/active subscription.
If that yields nothing then as a last you could try an uninstall/clean reinstall, which one does as follows:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Please let us know what occurs and keep us posted on progress. Feedback is important to us as it helps us better help users in future.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if offered during the install process, as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboo tonce again
