THEN I'M ASK FOR A PASSWORD SO THAT I CAN UNBLOCK THE PAGE AND CONTINUE, BUT AS YOU WOULD EXPECT, THE PASSWORD IS 'INCORRECT'.

 

I TRIED TO UNINSTALL WEBROOT, BUT AGAIN, THE PASSWORD IS INCORRECT.

 

WHEN I TRY TO TURN OFF THE FIREWALL OR INTERNET PROTECTION,  YOU GOT IT THE PASSWORD IS INCORRECT!

 

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE PASSWORD THAT THIS SOFTWARE NEEDS.
Hello BK, welcome to the Webroot Community!

 

The password that is being asked for is the one you set within the software itself.  To help you possibly remember, 

 

Open WSA

Click Advanced Options at the upper right

Click Access Control on the left side

At the top of the right side is a checked box for Enable Password Protection.  You, or another user of that specific computer, has enabled this and set the password.

 

If you are still not able to remember the password, you can submit a Trouble Ticket for further assistance from Webroot Support.
