Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!
1. Download and save the installer to your desktop using this link:
http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe
2. Double click the toolbarfix.exe file to launch the installer
3. Follow the prompts until the window displays “Process reports success. Please restart your browser if it is open. Done!”
4. Press the Finish button.
At this point the toolbar should be installed to supported Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers. If necessary please restart your browser to see the toolbar. It will be a small grey W until you log in. After login (using your Webroot Web Console credentials) the button turns green.
Hope that helps - let us know how things go.

Hi warwes
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may check something here in casw what Petrovice has suggested does not appear to work? Are you running the installed version or the Portable version? The reason that I ask is that if the latter, i.e., Portable, then the WSA installer will not install the toolbar as per the installed version. Not sure why but that is the current state of things, and we will need to try to use a workaround to assist you in trying to get it installed.
Also, do you have any Webroot extensions installed in your version of Firefox? You should also have the Web Filtering Extension?
