First, you do indeed have the current version.  Most of the time when an update comes out there is a pretty good chance you will not even see it update.. I rarely do as it is just the same as the initial download: under 1 MB.

 

Webroot works differently, there are no HUGE definitions files to download or update, so if that is what you are worrying about, worry not.  It is just fine.

 

The problem with it showing expired is another matter though.  As you have re-entered the key code and it still shows expired at every bootup, I think we need to do a re-install and see if that will work.  Please follow the directions below to do this: it does make a difference in how a re-install is done.

 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  
• Let it finish it's install scan
  
• Reboot once again
