Why am I still being asked to activate my account? This is a renewal and GeekSquad even did the activation 2 days ago

Hello valseroot,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
I am not sure why this would be occuring. Maybe you could contact the GeekSquad and ask them?
Or you could try this below and see if that helps?
If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:
If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.
If you have Password Manager then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket to transfer your passwords to the new keycode.

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:
- Open SecureAnywhere.
- Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.
http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/myaccountdetails.png
- Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.
Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.
If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.
If you have Password Manager then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket to transfer your passwords to the new keycode.
Thank you for your response. I tried your suggestion but the 'blue' Webroot Secure anywhere' screen with the 'Activate' message still came up. I did a hard boot and the same screen/message still comes up. However, if I initiate web root while entering this message, the correct screen does come up!!! That has been a pattern typical of my attempts to correct the situation.
BTW, Geeksquad spent several hours on my system 5/4/16 supposedly correcting this webroot problem by disabling Webroot then initiating a new upload. In addition, they supposedly corrected the fact that my system is running VERY slowly and pages, especially under google chrome, will freeze and give me a message to Wait or Kill. None of Geeksquad corrections have been effective.
Help please.

Hello valseroot,
I am sorry to hear of these issues that you are having.
Would you mind doing a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot. This should only take you 5 minutes to do. That's all I can think of in order to help you.
Please follow the steps closely!

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
I just tried 'restart' and the blue 'Activate account' screen comes up.
I will appreciate any help you can give!
BTW, I purchased Webroot from Webroot rather than Best Buy (as I did last year!) due to the considerable price difference.
Copy of the email receipt receivied from Webroot is pasted below:

Hi valseroot,
Please do not post this information online on this Community Forum.
Like I mentioned please Submit a Support Ticket and they can help you. OK? But did you try the uninstall/reinstall that I advised?

Thank you Sherry. Yes I did try the uninstall, reinstall, and reboot as you suggested. It still comes up with the blue activiate account screen! However, it may switch back and forth (to green screen) as before! I will try the Support ticket option you suggested - tomorrow - by the light of day!
