Hi wheeler750
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may interjected at this point...you can check out what Sherry is advising by saving off a copy of the Scan Log, opening it and looking for any entries prefixed with [u] or [b].
To do that; from the mani WSA panel click on the Utilities tab and then on the Reports button that is revealed. ON the next panel displayed click on the Save Scan Log button. You will be asked for a location to save to & a name for the file when saved (I use 'WSA Scan Log...orginal, eh?;)).
Once that is done, the saved file will open in Notpad and you can then review/scan the entries for those I mentioned above, an example of which is here for the IronPortable browser I have on my system:
[u] c:rowsersironportableappironchrome.exe [MD5: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] [Flags: 10580810.12374].
If you find such entries related to components of Tri-Peaks then the Support Team should be able to review these and, as Sherry has stated, whitelist them for you if found to be 'good', and hopefully that will resolve your issue.
Hope that helps to clarify?
Regards, Baldrick
