I've purchased the Webroot Internet Security Complete and have installed on 5 different devices. After doing initial installs, scans, and setting configurations, I went to access the web console so that I could see andget an overview of all 5 devices. All devices except my own phone are all clean. My phone through the web console shows 5 different issues, basically functions like install shield being disabled. However, when I go through my phone, each and every one of the issues listing on the web console is already listing enabled on the actual device. How do I fix it so that my web console is showing correctly?

Hello Kratos9148,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
I am not sure why the Online Account Console is showing the way it is. Sounds like the Webroot cloud is not syncing with your device. Can you power off and restart your Mobile device and then try a reboot of your PC.
Also have you set your Permissions to "access" in the mobile console? Look here below:
Go to the Account Console and log in.
Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right corner and choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown.
Locate the profile (Email address) you are wanting to use to log in. Check to make sure that all permissions are set to Access. If you have WSA Internet Security Plus for your computer, you will need Mobile Security and Password access. If you have WSA Complete for your computer, you will need Mobile Security, Back & Synch and Passwords all set to access. If you do not have a license for your computer, and are using only the standalone Android app, you will need just Mobile Security set to access.
If these permissions are not correct, click the little "person icon" at the far right end of the profile you need to edit. On the next screen, click the Access & Permissions tab at the top. Adjust your settings here.
One other thing you might want to try is a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot on your Mobile device Webroot Mobile Install
If things don't straighten out for you then I'd advise
Submitting a Support Ticket which is free of charge with your Webroot subscription. For they can resolve this for you quickly.
Hope this helped?

Went through the options you gave me, and it looks like reinstalling it on my phone did the trick. Thanks for the help.
