Bought 2 new WSA 2016 downloads instead of upgrading for all devices as it was a lot cheaper, do I need to uninstall 2015 on each device?  Can I add new keycodes to my account/console and will it extend my expiration date?
Hello mcdancer,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

No need to uninstall Webroot ... But before you add your new keycode wait till the expiration date or Contact Support to see if they will add your remaining days to your new subscription before activating new keycode.

This solution addresses Webroot SecureAnywhere http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_icon.png

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.

  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

  3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.

Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.

If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.

If you have Password Manager then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket to have them transfer your passwords to the new keycode.

Hope this helps?

Thanks, Sherry, will do.  I've had Webroot since it was little known years ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my family's computers and devices.  Have passed the word on to many people, including techies who hadn't heard of it, and they all think it's the greatest.
Hi there!

You are most welcome!

It's so refreshing to hear good things about Webroot. I also happen to totally agree with you that this is the best AV product out there. Nice to know you are a satisfied customer.

Holler if you need anything else! 😉
