If I understand you correctly you want to restore some foiles that you have backed up to the Webroot Cloud? If that is the case then you need to access your online console (HERE).

 

Once signed in and on the Home page you need to click on the 'Go to Backup& Sync' button, which should take you to a new page that has an Explorer style layout, i.e., back up folder list on the left/content of folder in focus on the left.

 

From there you just navigate to the Backup folder that reflects the name of the machine you want to restore to, which should diplay the contents of the folder in the right hand pane. You can then right click on the individual entries listed and in the context menu displayed you will find seveal options amongst which you have 'Download' & Download as Zip Archive'.

 

Note that if you right click on a folder rather than a file you have the option to download that but only as a Zip Archive.
