I put Webroot in the trash can to try to uninstall it and now it keeps coming up on start and crashing my computer. It is not in my startup file. Help!!

To uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere, follow the instructions below.
- Shut down SecureAnywhere by clicking the Webroot icon http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_icon.png in the menu bar and selecting Shut Down SecureAnywhere.

If prompted, confirm that you want to shut down SecureAnywhere.
- Open the Finder by clicking the Finder icon http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/mac_finder_icon.png in the dock.
- Open the Applications directory.

- Click and drag the Webroot SecureAnywhere program icon into the Trash http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/mac_trash_icon.png in the dock.
A confirming window appears. Click Uninstall.

Webroot SecureAnywhere is now uninstalled. There is no need to restart your computer. Please let us know if you still have problems because we can go into safe mode if necesssary.
whenever the unistal comes up it blinks, goes away and crashes the computer.

Because I'm not sure if you want to go into safe mode.

Hi. I am not getting the option to shut down webroot. Therefore, it won't allow me to move it to the trash because it is saying it is open. Please advise.

IF you don't want to do this you can always Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.

I've followed the instructions you've listed, but I don't get the uninstall window, and the software doesn't uninstall.

As I have mentioned if you don't want to do this...you can always Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription. The Support Team will glady uninstall this for you.

When I open my finder and put the webroot in my trash it doesn't ask if I want to uninstall it. Help please.

I am having a lot of issues downloading mac. I just spent $160 to put webroot on my computer and everytime I put the code it says that it cannot update to the latest version. I have uninstalled and installed multiple times and still no way. I don't know what the issue is and there is no support on the weekend. Someone please help me. I am running Mac high serirra 10.13.4
