Whenever I change settings on Webroot directly on my PC, it says settings may not be saved because Webroot is being managed onilne. How do fix this (make it keep my settings or disconnect from online Webroot if I have to)?

You do not want to remove the device from the Account Console, but we DO need to adjust the settings IN the Console.

- Log into the Console
- Click PC Security
- Click on the PC in question
- At the bottom of the pop-up, you will see a drop down. Click on that and set it for User Configuration. This will now allow the setting changes that you make to be saved on the PC in question.
